Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices shown in our e-shop are current € (Euros) prices, and already have a 15% discount applied on our listing prices. International Customers: Checkin our worldwide distributors page and contact your local dealer for a “pro forma quotation” (with local pricing and appropriate freight, duty, and clearance costs). Payment on online shop: Make your payment with bank wire trasnfer directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. Alternatively you could make your payment via PayPal. You can pay with your credit card too if you don’t have a PayPal account.

Product Design Changes: Due to continuing improvements in design, some items may differ slightly from the description and photograph in the catalog. Specifications are subject to change without notice. Shipments: Unless you specify the shipping method, we will determine for you the most expedient and efficient means of transportation. Appropriate charges (such as freight and insurance) will be added to your invoice.
SKE Advanced Therapies ® will not be liable for any claim, loss, or damage caused in whole or in part due to delay in or failure to make delivery when such delay or failure is directly or indirectly caused by act of God; strike or other labor difficulty; transportation problems; inability or delay in obtaining necessary labor, material or products from usual sources; material shortages; accident; act of any civil or military authority; act of war; or act of purchaser; or by the occurrence of any other contingency beyond SKE Advanced Therapies ®’s reasonable control. In such event, the date of delivery or time for completion shall be postponed by such length of time as may be reasonably necessary to compensate for the delay.
Warning – Product Use Limitation: The products within this catalog are not designed nor intended for use in patient-connected applications including, but not limited to, medical and dental use. Products are for research purpose only, not for clinical use.
Warranty: SKE Advanced Therapies ® will repair or replace any defective product unit at no charge, or refund the purchase price to purchaser, provided that (i) the warranty claim is made in writing within the period of time specified in the catalog or in information enclosed with the product packaging (usually 1 year, if no extension is requested), (ii) proof of purchase by bill of sale or receipted invoice is submitted concurrently with the claim and shows that the product is within the applicable warranty period, and (iii) the purchaser complies with Procedures for Returns listed under the general Terms and Conditions contained herein. This warranty shall not apply to: (a) defects or damage resulting from (i) misuse of the product, (ii) use of the product in other than its normal and customary manner, (iii) accident or neglect, (iv) improper testing, operation, maintenance, service, repair, installation, or storage, (v) unauthorized alteration or modification; or (b) post-expiration dated materials.
This warranty is the exclusive remedy of the purchaser, and SKE Advanced Therapies ® disclaims all other warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No employee, agent, or representative of SKE Advanced Therapies ® is authorized to bind SKE Advanced Therapies ® to any other warranty. In no event shall SKE Advanced Therapies ® be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
All express and implied warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability and the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose are expressively disclaimed and shall not apply to any products sold or services rendered hereunder. SKE Advanced Therapies ® shall not be liable for consequential, incidental, special, or other direct or indirect damages resulting from economic loss or property damage sustained by you or any end user from the use of the products sold or services rendered hereunder.
Claims: Your order is filled, checked, rechecked, and packed with great care. If damage has occurred, keep the carton and all of the packing materials. Please report the details immediately to the carrier and then immediately contact our our sales Department by phone (+39 0249531694) or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Return of Items: SKE Advanced Therapies ® places the highest priority on customer satisfaction and believes we offer the highest quality products on the market. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please let us know. We’ll do whatever it takes to respond to your concern and remedy the problem!
All we ask is that you request a Return Authorization (RA) from our sales Department by phone (+39 0249531694) or email email@example.com to get instructions on how to return your item to us. We’ll ask for your order, invoice, proof of payment and the reason for the return.
All returns for credit must be in new condition, include original outer packaging, all software (if applicable), inner packing materials, and other accessories. Returns must be received within 45 days of the date shipped to you.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or to charge a restocking fee for damaged, incomplete, or otherwise non-conforming returns. In addition, there may be some restrictions on certain products being returned, such as:
- Non-cancellable and non-returnable products (as communicated per your invoice or order acknowledgement)
- Disposable or sterile materials
- Consumables (buffers, tubing, fittings, etc.) once their primary packaging or inner wrapping has been opened
- Products that are no longer in usable condition (unless being returned for repair)
