The Roll-to-roll collection System is a special accessory for E-Fiber, designed for continuous nanofiber deposition on substrate reel. A smart unit with bidirectional control and tunable speed, from thin layer to hi-thickness nanofiber deposition. Recommended for pilot and industrial scale manufacturing, it is highly flexible and easy to use.

Description
Roll-to-roll system can be installed on both needle and needleless E-FIber versions. Entirely controlled from the touch panel, it allows a bidirectional movement (forward and backward), with multiple deposition you can easily reach hi-thickness layer or very thin coatings. High flexibility and easy of use. Ideal for pilot scale and small scale manufacturing applications.
