Product design changes
Due to continuing improvements in design, some items may differ slightly from the description and photograph in the catalog. If you have questions, our Application Specialists will be happy to discuss any design improvements and advantages by phone (+39 0249531694) or by email (email@example.com). We continually update our database with all current product information and changes, which we will relay to you when your order is processed.
Standard terms is Ex-Works (Bollate – Milan – Italy).
Unless you specify the shipping method, we will determine for you the most expedient and efficient means of transportation. Appropriate charges (such as freight and insurance) will be added to your invoice.
SKE Research Equipment® will not be liable for any claim, loss, or damage caused in whole or in part due to delay in or failure to make delivery when such delay or failure is directly or indirectly caused by act of God; strike or other labor difficulty; transportation problems; inability or delay in obtaining necessary labor, material or products from usual sources; material shortages; accident; act of any civil or military authority; act of war; or act of purchaser; or by the occurrence of any other contingency beyond SKE Research Equipment’s reasonable control. In such event, the date of delivery or time for completion shall be postponed by such length of time as may be reasonably necessary to compensate for the delay.
Warning – Product use limitation
SKE Research Equipment® will repair or replace any defective product unit at no charge, provided that (i) the warranty claim is made in writing within the period of time specified in the quotation or in information enclosed with the product packaging (i.e. 1 or 2 years), (ii) proof of purchase by bill of sale or receipted invoice is submitted concurrently with the claim and shows that the product is within the applicable warranty period, and (iii) the purchaser complies with Procedures for Returns listed under the general Terms and Conditions contained herein. This warranty shall not apply to: (a) defects or damage resulting from (i) misuse of the product, (ii) use of the product in other than its normal and customary manner, (iii) accident or neglect, (iv) improper testing, operation, maintenance, service, repair, installation, or storage, (v) unauthorized alteration or modification; or (b) post-expiration dated materials; (c) for High Voltage Power Supply Unit, only manufacturing defects are covered by warranty.
SKE Research Equipment® warranty is limited to the free reparation or replacement of the defective product, including the working hours necessary for reparation/replacement, at SKE Research Equipment® Headquarter (Bollate, Milan, Italy). The customer will take care of disassembly, reassembly and shipping costs of the defective unit. SKE Research Equipment® will prefer to have the defective unit back in order to repair or replace it more effectively; when this is not possible, travel and accommodation expenses will be charged at cost to the customer (see also Rate Table for Maintenance service below).
This warranty is the exclusive remedy of the purchaser, and SKE Research Equipment ® disclaims all other warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No employee, agent, or representative of SKE Research Equipment ® is authorized to bind SKE Research Equipment ® to any other warranty. In no event shall SKE Research Equipment ® be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
All express and implied warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability and the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose are expressively disclaimed and shall not apply to any products sold or services rendered hereunder. SKE Research Equipment ® shall not be liable for consequential, incidental, special, or other direct or indirect damages resulting from economic loss or property damage sustained by you or any end user from the use of the products sold or services rendered hereunder.
Maintenance service and technical assistance
Remote support will be provided by e-mail, phone or video-calls from Leonardino/SKE personnel within maximum 2 working days from the request. In case on-site support will be necessary, technical intervention will be planned within 15 working days from customer’s request. In this case, our rate table for maintenance service applies. Language of support will be English.

Your order is filled, checked, rechecked, and packed with great care. If damage has occurred during shipping, keep the carton and all of the packing materials. Cancelling an order
We understand that sometimes mistakes are made and orders need to be cancelled or postponed. When that’s the case, please call us immediately (max 24h after order).
